1. Can I place an order for custom shirts?

Yes of course. We want to help you look your best for any occasion fill out the form in the "Get Fitted" section and tell us about the event. 

2. What if I don't have a design for my custom order? 

Don't worry about it. If you don't have a design for your order, we have you covered. We are partnered with the artist Mack Mochs to provide in house text and design needs. (cost depends on the complexity of the desired design) 

3. What is the return policy? 

At TrulyFitted, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. We will be happy to assist you with the process. Please note that custom design orders are final sale and cannot be returned, except in the case of a mistake on our part. We are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service, so please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
